NHS Big 7Tea
It's the NHS' birthday on 5th July and what better way to celebrate one of the nation's most loved institiutions than with a cup of tea?
The humble cup of tea has a long and proud associations with the NHS. Originally served to patients in traditional fine cups with saucers and side spoon, tea was considered an important aspect of patient satisfaction and recovery. Tens of thousands of our patients enjoy a cuppa at West Suffolk Hospital and Newmarket Hospital every day.
On or around the 5th July, we're calling on you to get friends, family or colleagues together for a tea party to celebrate the NHS' birthday and raise funds that will make a real difference to our patients. With caring for so many different areas within the hospital, you can choose exactly where you would like your money to go.
